Local Action on Pesticides (LAP)

Pesticides are the only group of manufactured chemicals which are specifically designed to be toxic. They are also the only group of toxic chemicals routinely intentionally dispersed in the environment. There are currently three components of the LAP project:

• Local Authority Project
• Home and Garden Pesticide Disposal Project
• The Pesticide Trail - A Schools Project
