Paraquat - unacceptable health risks for users
altParaquat is one of the deadliest pesticides available in the world today, and is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths every year. This thoroughly researched monograph presents evidence on accidental poisonings and suicides, as well as chronic health impacts and dangers to wildlife. Regulatory information is also covered and the section on alternatives shows that there is no need for this extremely hazardous pesticide.

Some of these are used by the household, while others are sold in local or regional markets, or for export.
